This system supports up to 2 microphone sources plus 1 tie-in source from an external mixer (such as a PA system). If you select the Universal Tie-In Kit as your audio option then you can purchase two additional microphones from the list below. If you select the Sure SM-58 Desktop Mic audio option then you can purchase one additional microphone from the list below:

| Delivery | We are a Value Added Reseller and typically do not stock all of the components required to build your system. Therefore please allow up to 2 weeks for preparation of your system. We will ship to you once all of the components have been configured and thoroughly tested. |
| Configuration | After you place your order we will contact you to discuss your particular use case so that we can configure and customize the system settings. This way you will be ready to go once the shipment arrives. |
| Set up & Training | Three hours of consulting with one of our webcast engineers is included and available for 90 days after your shipment arrives. Services are provided by phone, Skype, Facetime, or Chrome Remote Desktop. Additional engineering, training & consulting available at $100/hr in 1/4 hour increments. |
| Warranty | Individual components are covered under the manufacturers warranty. The system is covered by a 90 day limited warranty. Webcast & Beyond will provide engineering support to ensure that the system is operating properly and without defect. Defective components will be repaired or replaced according to our Return Policy. |
| Return Policy | We only accept returns for the following reasons: Only defective merchandise within 90 days of purchase. We will repair, replace, or send to manufacturer for warranty repair. Please contact us to obtain an RMA before shipping product back to us. |

| System Design | Every system has been thoroughly engineered and designed for video live streaming. We guarantee that all of the necessary components are included and are compatible with each other. If you want us to customize our pre-designed packages we are willing to make minor design adjustments to accommodate your installation requirements. If however your requested alterations require additional engineering on our part we will inform you of the extra design costs necessary to fulfill your request. Also, we will inform you of the cost for additional or alternate components. |
